Oh wow, Mind Sculptor and Stoneforge banned in standard

Well, saves me from worrying about picking up that event deck for my living weapons.
The question is: does this make the concept more standard viable, due to a more open format, or less due to losing such a powerful card...
I just know I'm going to be even more sick of hearing about the exarch for a few months.

Ben and I dismantled Caw-Blade the other night. It was all very sad.

I love how they banned a card with 2-ofs in the event deck they just released....and fix it by telling us we can run the deck 'as is'...Seriously the only people playing an event deck as is would be a new player, who wouldn't understand that they can't change the cards in it without having to remove the Stoneforges....doesn't this just create a whole new wave of problems?
