If someone builds a broken deck, will it be looked into to restrict/ban a piece of that deck, or is the banned list final?

If we see a single card dominating the playgroup we may discuss restricting or banning it if its deemed necessary.

Since we aren't using DCI we can change the list.

It's very rare that you can't stop said card, you may just need to have a sideboard of sorts?

If it's completely obliterating everyone then as V said we will look into it...
