| Hiya, making a T2 Deck and looking for suggestions.
Land: Verdant Catacombs x 4 Marsh Flats x 4 Swamp x 8 Plains x 8
Creatures: Ob Nixilis the Fallen x 2 Vampire Hexmage x 4 Vampire Nighthawk x 4 Gatekeeper of Malakir x 4 White Knight x 4
Other Spells: Duress x 4 Day of Judgement x 2 Conquerer's Pledge x 4 Oblivion Ring x 4 Path to Exile x 4
Sideboard: World Queller x 4 Celestial Purge x 4 Scepter of Fugue x 3 Black Knight x4
I think I need some lifegain to combat burn, and don't suggest Baneslayer >.<
Any ideas?
Oh, and looking for most of these cards so no point posting in Trades as well.

| The white common quest works, its one white and after 3 landfalls nets you 8 life. | |

| For Lifegain:
How unreliable is feast of blood?
Possibly Tainted Sigil?
A couple Malakir Bloodwitches?
Wall of Reverence?
Blood Tribute?
Needlebite Trap? | |

| Don't run enough vamps for Bloodwitch, Wall is too slow, as my biggest is 2 power (forgetting about Ob) Sigil is too slow. Tribute is slow. Needlebite requires them to gain life, else, too slow.
I think the white queswt is a good idea.
And deathmark was also a choice I was considering, but I run enough removal as it is.

| He\'s already got Vampire Nighthawk, Child of Night is terrible by comparision.
If you can get your hands on a Sorin I\'d run it, alternatively you could try Ajani Goldmane.

| It looks like you have a few ways of making the other player either sacrifice, discard, or otherwise you beat the crap out of them (if they have a blocker sending that to their graveyard too?). Bloodchief Ascension may be something to test out? It certainly looks like it could get the counters on there at a steady turn 4ish? | |

| Oh god yeah, that card is ridiculously underrated. Almost every time it goes active in my Red/Black I win. | |

| Pithing Needle eats a lot of things, but even paying 1 mana to get a potential 4-life advantage over your oponent? That'd be balls out amazing already. | |

| Why should pithing needle concern bloodchief ascension?
Other than luminarch, they're all based off of static (beastmaster), triggered (quest completions, bloodchief, pyromancer), or replacement effects (archmage).
It's the quests and expeditions that all get nulled by it.
