TIME TO RE-BRAND!!!
After a phone conference with the Student Association today it has come down the pipeline from the College & University that the use of DC/UOIT or any form their of in club names will no longer be allowed. This means that we must select a new name for the magic club.
I have poses this quarry to the executive team but I would love the feedback of current and past Club members as to what they believe is an appropriate name. I ask everyone please take this seriously as I don't want a thread flooded with jokes and/or insults or anything like that. But please feel free to comment with ideas or email us at

We would like to mention that over the course of the summer we will be building a brand new website as well as social media presence as this transition happens it means that this forum will no longer be operational. We will continue to update and use this forum as a source of communication until such time when the new website/forum are ready to go! Please PM or EMAIL if you have any further questions!

...The name of the club, before they TOLD us to put the school names in it, was simply "The Magic Club". Personally, I wouldn't mind if it kept its original title.
But maybe that's just me. After all, I named the club.
