Hey, just came across an interesting ruling for Celestial Dawn!!

Effects that modify how those lands enter the battlefield, however, will still work. You can't trigger Valakut, you can't pay for certain spells which require certain lands (play this only if you control a swamp), you can't activate Baru, Fist of Krosa. Trigger reach of Branches, trigger Jokulmorder, or use Roots of Life.

There are some actual applications to it. You can actually use it to help you utilize this Djinn

I would personally use the ravnica bounce lands, as they come into play tapped, but WILL NOT BOUNCE A LAND! After about turn 5 bounce or destroy the celestial dawn and say LOLOL MANA RAMP IN WHITE!!! Very Happy

Or you could donate it it to someone to utilize cards with plainswalk and cards like Flashfire (goodbye lands for you), Cyroclasm, Boggart Arsonists and Stench of Evil. That last one is actually pretty brutal, by turn 5 or 6 theyd lose all of their lands and take a bunch of damage

Actually, just keep your WW producing lands. It works perfectly. That does abuse ravnica bounce lands very well.

Sorry, I remembered Celestial Dawn. A bounce effect would have to be used.

Dave is correct. They will only produce 1 mana as they are plains. You have to bounce it to get the dual-colour effect.
