Watery Grave x4
Sunken Ruins x4
Underground River x4
River of Tears x4
Island x6

Venser, Shaper Savant x2
Skeletal Vampire x2
Sower of Temptation x4
Spellstutter Sprite x4
Circu, Dimir Lobotomist x1
Dralnu, Lich Lord x3
Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir x2
Sphinx of Lost Truths x4

Remand x4
Condescend x4
Rune Snag x4
Broken Ambitions x4

Damnation x3
Stupor x3
Deathmark x3
Echoing Truth x3
Hurkyl's Recall x3

Its basically a stall-out control deck that drops Sowers to steal an aggressive creature or to beatdown with the Skeletal Vampire.

The Dralnu allows me to last longer in the game with counterspell recursion.

What I think I'm missing is more draw, mainly if it is an instant or sorc. I can flashback.

I really need to pick up these Dual lands and Underground Rivers... I really do make too many Blue/Black decks.

Any suggestions?

thought about running old jace for a bit of personal draw? at the very least he will absorb a kill spell while giving you a single draw.

or if you plan on stalling out the game and having more mana by the end, mind spring could work, it would scale with the game (assuming you get enough land drop)

or sign in blood, both can be used as personal draw or a possible kill spell, should you need to squeeze out just a last bit of damage to kill your opponent?
