I may not be able to head back home (and thus complete my deck) until halloween, over a week past the start of the pauper league... Since it's a league format, will it affect me negatively? (not being able to get as many games in, or what have you)
Just like to know beforehand, while there's still time to change plans, if need be.

It doesn't affect you, you'll just need to jump on challenging players when you get your deck built.
